Google Help & Support

This page will help & support you when using google classroom, docs and drive when learning at home or when completing homework. TKAW has committed to helping students in the best way we can.

We have set up an email address for all concerns that will forwarded to the key staff at school. The email address is: Googlesupport@tkaw.org 

When you email Google Support you will receive a ticket number from our system, we will then reply via the helpdesk system to your email.

Parents and Students should send any requests to the email address.

This includes

  • Password resets
  • Questions about homework
  • Parent questions and student tracking 
  • Further help requests 
  • classroom access issues
