Our specialist Education Improvement Team stands ready to provide support and assistance in a variety of areas, including

  • Quality of Education: Ensuring rigorous academic standards, innovative teaching methods, and continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
  • Safeguarding: Implementing robust policies and procedures to safeguard the well-being and welfare of all students.
  • Behaviour and Attitudes: Promoting a positive and respectful learning environment, fostering good behaviour, and nurturing positive attitudes towards learning and personal development.
  • Support from Reception to Key Stage 5: Offering comprehensive support services tailored to each stage of a student's educational journey, from early years through to secondary and post 16 education.
  • Inclusion: Championing diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunities for all students regardless of background, ability, or circumstances.

Our dedicated Executive team consists of experts in various crucial domains:

  • Leadership: Driving strong leadership and accountability thorough systems and structures to ensure our leaders and academies demonstrate high standards and expectations.
  • Finance and Governance: Ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Human Resources: Supporting staff development, recruitment, and well-being.
  • IT: Facilitating technological integration and innovation across all facets of education.
  • Estates, including Compliance and Health and Safety: Managing infrastructure, regulatory compliance, and ensuring a safe learning environment.
  • Governance: Providing strategic oversight and governance guidance.
