Board Members

Bhaskar has over 30 years of chemical engineering expertise in international oil companies. He has a MBA from Manchester Business School and is a Chartered Chemical Engineer. Bhaskar currently works as a market manager for Chevronn and has worked in Europe, Middle East and India.

Bhaskar has been a school governor for over five years and is passionate about education. 

Ian studied Economics and Statistics at the University of Exeter  and joined Grant Thornton, London, where he progressed to be a senior manager in the Audit Department. Ian has also worked in general practice with the Thames Valley firm, Oury Clark and Morley Scott which subsequently merged with Menzies LLP. Ian is a specialist in the not for profit sector, acting for a dozen such clients at one time, including the Licensed Trade Charity, with net assets of £50million, and the United Kingdom Accreditation Service, privatised from the (then) DTI. Ian is a charity trustee, having been a trustee of the Licensed Trade Charities Trust, Chairman then Secretary of the Bray & Holyport Scout Group, Chairman now Treasurer of the Holyport Youth Club and a trustee of the Maidenhead & District Scout Council. Ian is a member of the Finance, Audit & Risk Committee of the Board.

Mr Pangali is the Managing Director of KSPARK Events and Dance Academy, a leading live performance, choreography, production and event management company that has run events for many corporate & private clients e.g. FA, GSK and UBS Wealth Management. The organisation also runs a dance academy teaching hundreds of students a blend of traditional Indian Kathak, Bollywood, Hip Hop and Western dance lessons in several London locations including Harrow, Slough, Kingston and Ilford. With the pandemic, we have now evolved our business model running "Online Dance classes" globally. Mr Pangali has over thirty years of experience in general management, sales, marketing, strategic planning, financial management and new business development.

Tarlochan Singh Rai is an experienced governor of a local outstanding school and currently works for DHL as an operations manager. He has good experience of governance in education and the commercial sectors and is an active member of the local Sikh community. He has supported schools with fundraising initatives.
